How to Create Community Chat

A Fan Chat lets you connect directly with fans and share real updates, thoughts, and moments around your releases.

What a Fan Chat Is

A Fan Chat on EVEN gives you a direct line to your audience. Each release includes its own dedicated chat so you can build a conversation and connection around that project. You can post updates, share inspiration, and give fans a look behind the scenes. The goal is to keep communication simple, honest, and personal so fans feel closer to the music and the artist behind it.

Step 1: Log in

Go to artists.even.biz and log in to your artist account.

If you do not have one yet, follow our guide to creating an artist account before continuing.

Step 2:

From the left-hand menu, select Artist Page and click on Edit Profile.

Step 3:

Scroll down to Other Features, activate the option Fan Chat, and then click on Save & Close.
