Why Your Payout Is Not Processing

If you're not receiving payouts for your release on EVEN, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Stripe account not complete

You must complete your Stripe account setup to receive payments.

EVEN uses Stripe to process all payouts to artists and collaborators securely.

  • Check your email for a message from EVEN or Stripe with your setup link.

  • If you cannot find it, log in to your artist account and follow the Set Up Payouts prompt.

  • Make sure all required fields, such as your name, bank information, and verification details, are filled in.


If you still have trouble, contact our support team at support@even.biz, and we can resend the setup link or help complete your verification.



2. A collaborator has not completed Stripe setup

If your release includes splits, all collaborators must complete their Stripe setup before payments can be processed.

EVEN holds payouts until everyone connected to the release has verified their accounts, ensuring fair and accurate payment distribution.

Encourage your collaborators to complete their setup. If you are unsure who is missing, contact support@even.biz and we can check for you.


3. Payment review or delay

In some cases, payouts may be under review due to pending verification or activity checks by Stripe.

This is a normal process to protect both artists and fans. Once verification is complete, payments will be automatically released to your connected account.

If your payment has been pending for more than three business days, contact support@even.biz and we can confirm the current status.
