Log into your backstage account to upload a release. Go to https://artists.even.biz/, choose between ‘Music’ or ‘Video’ release, and get started.

How to Upload a Release on EVEN

Ready to share your art? Log in to artists.even.biz, go to Releases, and click ‘Music’ or ‘Video’. Here’s the step-by-step breakdown:

• Complete Release Key Info: Fill in each field with all relevant info: name, blurb/description, and cover art. Make your release’s details count!

• Choose Release Date & Pre-Order: Select when your release will go live. You can also enable pre-order to let fans purchase in advance and build anticipation before launch.

• Upload Main Asset: Add the core content of your release.

Monetize Your Release

Set how fans will pay for your music or video, and configure revenue sharing with collaborators.

What’s a Waitlist?

The waitlist is your fan VIP list! Fans can sign up to be first in line to access your release. They’ll get a notification once it’s live. Launch your waitlist 72 hours before your release goes live to build even more momentum.

Copyright and AI Checks

Every track you upload is automatically scanned for copyright. If copyrighted music is detected, your release cannot be published. If the release is already live, it is pulled from sale automatically and moved to a Disputed status. This includes tracks you add to a release later.

These checks apply to releases published on or after 7 August 2026.

AI detection is separate. If AI-generated content is detected, we add a disclosure tag that fans can see. It does not block your release.
