How to Manage Your EVEN Backstage Settings: Account, Team, and Integrations

A guide to the Settings page in EVEN Backstage — how to update your account details, invite team members, assign roles, and access integrations.

Overview

The Settings page in EVEN Backstage is where you manage your account details, control who has access to your artist account, and connect third-party tools. Settings is divided into three tabs: Account, Team, and Integrations.

This article covers what each tab does and how to use them.

How to Access Settings

  1. Log in to EVEN Backstage.

  2. In the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, click your name or email address.

  3. A menu will appear. Click Settings.

  4. You will land on the Account tab by default.

Note: You can also access Integrations directly from this same menu by clicking Integrations in the dropdown.

Account Tab

The Account tab is where you manage your personal details tied to your EVEN account.

Fields You Can Update

  • First Name and Last Name

  • City and Country

  • Phone Number

Your Email Address is displayed here but cannot be edited directly. To update your email, contact EVEN Support.

How to Edit a Field

  1. Click the edit icon next to the field you want to update.

  2. Enter the new value.

  3. Click the checkmark to save or the X to cancel.

Team Tab

The Team tab lets you invite collaborators to help manage your artist account. You can control what each team member can see and do by assigning them a role.

Team Roles

Role

What they can do

Owner

Full access to the account. Cannot be removed or reassigned.

Admin

Can create releases, send campaigns, manage billing info, and add or remove team members.

Editor

Can create releases, edit the artist profile, chat with fans, and view analytics.

Viewer

Can view analytics, releases, and the artist profile. Cannot make changes.

How to Invite a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings and click the Team tab.

  2. Click Invite Team Member in the top right.

  3. Enter the person's email address.

  4. Select their role from the dropdown (Admin, Editor, or Viewer).

  5. Send the invite. They will receive an email to accept.

How to Filter by Role or Status

On the Team tab, use the Permissions and Status filters at the top of the member list to sort and view team members by their assigned role or invite status.

Note: Only Owners and Admins can invite or remove team members.

Integrations Tab

The Integrations tab is where you connect third-party tools to your EVEN account, including Stripe for payments and pixel tracking tools for marketing.
