Incomplete Stripe Information
You haven't completed your Stripe account setup, which is required for processing payments. Check your email for a message from EVEN prompting you to complete your Stripe information. If you can't find the email or need help, please contact support at support@even.biz.
Collaborator's Stripe Information Incomplete
One of your collaborators (split users) has not completed their Stripe account setup. Payments are only processed once all parties involved in the release have submitted their Stripe information. Encourage your collaborators to complete their setup or reach out to support@even.biz for assistance.
Minimum Payout Threshold Not Met
Your release has not yet generated the $25 minimum payout required for disbursement. If you have questions or concerns about your earnings, feel free to contact support at support@even.biz.
