Why EVEN Backstage?

EVEN Backstage offers significant advantages for record labels. As a label, you can manage multiple artist accounts, upload new releases, create new accesses, manage communities, review analytics, generate reports, and simultaneously track all your artists.

EVEN streamlines the process of handling various artists and provides a comprehensive suite of tools to ensure efficient management and growth.

Steps to Create New Users or Add Existing Users

• Creating New Artist

  Creating New Users:

  1. Accessing the Artist Creation Section on the side bar:

     • In the left side bar, navigate to the My Artists section.

     • Select the Create New Artist option.

  2. Filling Out the Artist Form:

     • A form will appear that needs to be filled out with the artist's details, including:

       • Name

       • Phone Number

       • Username

       • City

       • Email Address

       • Distribution Company

       • Profile Bio

       • Extended Biography

       • Social Media Links

       • Other relevant information

         
         

  3. Submitting the Form:

     • Once all necessary fields are completed, click Save.

     • The new user will be created and will enter a "pending approval" status.

  4. Approval Process:

     • The approval process may take a few days as EVEN reviews the information to ensure the artist meets the platform's requirements.

  5. Notification and Registration:

     • Upon approval, the artist will receive an email with registration instructions.

     • The record label can then begin managing the artist's activities on the platform.

  • Adding Existing Users

    Adding Existing Users:

    1. Accessing the Existing Artist Addition Section:

       • In the left side bar, navigate to the My Artists section.

       • Select the Add Existing Artist option.

    2. Entering the Artist's Email:

       • A new window will appear, prompting you to enter the artist's email address associated with their EVEN account.

       • Ensure that the email entered is the same one the artist is registered with on EVEN, otherwise, the account will not be located.

    3. Confirming Permissions:

       • Upon entering the correct email, a confirmation window will appear indicating the necessary permissions that need to be accepted to invite the artist.

       • Once the email is confirmed, the artist will receive an email invitation to join the record label.

    4. Artist Acceptance:

       • After the artist accepts the invitation, you will be able to start managing and overseeing the artist's work on the platform.
