31. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES

31.1. You must comply with the following conditions (“User Requirements”):

31.1.1. Use of Backstage Content: you must only use Backstage Content as expressly permitted by and in accordance with the functionality of the Site, the Terms of Use, and the Backstage Appendix.

31.1.2. Account: you must: (1) access the Site using your personal account only; (2) take all necessary steps to ensure that your username and password are kept confidential and secure, used properly and are not disclosed to unauthorised people; and (3) immediately inform EVEN if there is any reason to believe that your username or password has or is likely to become known to someone not authorised to use it or is being or is likely to be used in an unauthorised way.

31.2. You acknowledge and agree that EVEN may, in its sole discretion, suspend your access to the Services or take such other action as EVEN sees fit if you violate any of the above User Requirements or any other section of this Backstage Appendix.

31.3. You acknowledge and agree that EVEN may, in its sole discretion, modify part or all of the Services without notice.
